We spent Saturday at the inaugural @cardiffrunningshow where we were promoting our offering to the Cardiff running community.

With many runners very aware of our current activities at our neighbouring clubs @bristoltrailrunners and @bathtrailrunners the main question was “When is the Cardiff club coming?”.

As always, we enjoyed chatting with, and getting to know, the other exhibitors as our clubs are big on supporting the local fitness networks that we are a part of.

Our training camps are led by qualified mountain leaders and give our clubs’ members the opportunity to work on their trail running skills and fitness in amazing environments.

The navigation training day in Snowdonia (learning how to use a map and compass proficiently) is one our favourite days out in the hills! ⛰️ 🗺️ 🧭

All of our clubs operate at least two training camps each year for members in a variety of UK locations.

It was a busy and encouraging day as we welcomed many new members to the clubs and had some great conversations with other exhibitors who are keen to collaborate with us in different ways. We must be doing something right!
